Responding to their need for an online system, we provided them with a complete suite of tools for both their head office and leaders to manage all of their guiding administration online.

Irish Girl Guides wanted a head office system and when they saw our system for leaders, they realised their leaders needed a solution too. It was soon clear that our system, a specialised product for the youth market, was the most appropriate for them so we developed the head office system on top of the leader system to give the best of both worlds.

We worked closely with their leadership team to develop a complete suite of tools relevant to guiding and the promotional material required to roll it out. We launched the system at both national and head office levels in December 2014 and the feedback so far has been excellent.
